1. New Announcement Button

To create a new announcement.

2. List of All Previous Announcements

Display all published announcements.

3. For Each Announcement Appears:

  • Announcement Title: Main title
  • Brief Content: Content summary
  • Priority: (Urgent / New / General)
  • Send Date: When it was sent
  • Sender Name: Who sent the announcement

Create New Announcement

When clicking "New Announcement" an add announcement page appears including:

Announcement Creation Fields

1. Title

Announcement name such as: "Work Hours Policy Update".

2. Content

Full announcement text.

3. Priority

  • Normal: General announcements
  • High: Important announcements
  • Urgent: Announcements needing immediate attention

4. Send to All or Specific Employees

  • Enable Button → Send to all employees
  • Disable It → List appears to select specific employees

5. Attach Files (Optional)

Upload PDF files, images, documents... etc.

6. Send Button

After clicking:

  • Create Announcement: Save in system
  • Send Notification to Employees: Immediate alert
  • Document Announcement in System: Save in archive

This page appears when clicking on an announcement to review it.

What Does Announcement Details Page Contain?

1. Basic Announcement Data

  • Send Date: When it was sent
  • Sender: Who sent the announcement
  • Recipient Employees: List of recipients

2. Reading Statistics (As in Image)

  • Number Who Read Announcement: Number of readers
  • Number Who Didn't Read: Number of non-readers
  • Total Number of Recipients: Total number
  • Reading Percentage %: Percentage

3. Display Name List

  • Who Read Announcement: List of readers
  • Who Didn't Read Announcement: List of non-readers

4. Actions

  • Delete Announcement: Remove announcement
  • Close Page: Return to list

Notifications Page

Notifications page is a display panel for all alerts received by employee from all system parts such as:

  • Advance Approval: Approval notifications
  • Leave Request Rejection: Rejection notifications
  • Custody Receipt: Custody notifications
  • New Announcement: Announcement notifications
  • Overtime Request Approval or Rejection: Overtime notifications
  • Performance or Training Alerts: Performance notifications
